They did not perform any work on my vehicle. However, I am providing four stars for Kevin the Technician ONLY, simply because I believe he was honest with what he advised based on his capability and seemingly thorough capacity. I did not get the same from the manager. He left me frustrated and confused based on his assessment of reviewing the recommended parts (All OEM accept one). I am just going to chalk it up to the size of the proposed job and his hesitation to commit based on one aftermarket part by a HIGHLY respected and recommended company. With that said, I would not hesitate to bring my vehicle for service. I believe that Kevin is a very thorough and caring technician. You do not get that feeling a lot when dealing with mechanics. Update: I like for my reviews to be open and honest. The person I had the disagreement with was NOT the manager. Though, he told me that he was. So, the actual manager Franklin called me and I explained my situation. Since, I do not subscribe to the customer is always right. In this case, Franklin agreed that the employee should not have misrepresented his title. I came away with a LOT of respect for Franklin because he posted his number approximately 20 minute after my original post. Kudos to Franklin and Swinson’s Auto. Services: Oil change, Air conditioning
